1, 2 Skip a few...Here's a little Gratitude!

It's been awhile since I've scratched up a blog post to share my experiences. I've been putting pen to paper a lot more instead. Finding time throughout the day to express my gratitude or even discomfort, so I learn to not make the same mistakes twice. How are you though? Are you maintaining? Mentally tapped in or tapped out?

Whatever the answer, may this meet you at a moment of inspiration, encouragement, and continued progression. Excuse me as I get a little vulnerable in the excerpts below. Sharing interactions that keep me grounded on a goal, practicing humility and forever moving forward.

Learn French before going to Montreal ~courtesy of the young man who provides maintenance in more ways than he knows.

Grateful for the responsiveness of my realtor who is helping me seek shelter in more ways than one (legacies > cycles) ~~> I can unpack that a little later.

Grateful for my peace of mind I've been able to find.

Grateful for my freedom of expression.

Grateful for my family who provides comfort every time we link.

When you think of all the reasons why a situation could work, It makes decisions somewhat easier. Finding ways to do less of whats familiar and more of what awakens the senses seems to have a worthwhile outcome. Feeling like I'm living a lot more and worrying a lot less.

A few things I've been able to grasp lately:

  1. There is no handbook for parenting.
  2. There is no handbook to life.
  3. I am ________.
  4. I want ________.
  5. I choose ________.

Great ways to navigate through some situations. Sooo, might as well figure it out as you go along. Enjoy the journey, create the experience, write the narrative. Heal, grow, stumble, forgive, love, continue, develop, persist. But, never settle! Small moments of gratitude make long days so much better. The goal is to always have a goal and stay firmly focused on achieving them.

What are some ways you keep the momentum of progression? How do you create cultured outcomes and unique experiences? What are some things you're grateful for? Feel free to share, comments and discussions are always encouraged.

Deliberately Designing,
