As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what this year truly represented. Not just in accomplishments, but in alignment. This was a year of grounding, clarity, and intentional living. A year that asked me to slow down, reassess my priorities, and build stability from the inside out.

Why “Wellness” Turns People Off 🥴💅🏾
It’s not that taking care of your body & mind is the problem — it’s how wellness is often packaged. Here’s why it repels more than it attracts:
1️⃣ Elitist vibes – Looks like it’s only for people with $14 juices and 10 am yoga breaks.
2️⃣ Trend fatigue – From celery juice to cold plunges, the fads change weekly.
3️⃣ Overly aesthetic – Real wellness is messy sweat & ugly crying… not beige flatlays.
4️⃣ Performative energy – People can feel when it’s for the ‘Gram, not your soul.
💡 Flip wellness from a status symbol into a shared resource, and watch how many more people feel seen. Wishing you wellness Wednesday ✌🏾🖤
You CAN NOT Fail at Being Yourself
I’ve been trying to bring myself to tap a post for some time now. Here I am, basking in the blessings of favor and duly devoted hard work. I pray that you are well and share the gratitude intended by this post.
(Womanhood)
Let’s keep it a bean. Between social media banter & much-needed time with a few wise women, every so often, I figured a few things out. I’m not with the whole modern women versus traditional or any other exploitive naming that does other than protect, honor, or uplift a woman. I have nothing negative to say about a black man & I am striving to raise a God-faithed young king. I applaud everyone focused on doing their own thing!
As far as relationships go, they ALL take work! Man, woman, kid, friend, humans, SELF…..This is why I’ve continued my becoming as a goddess committed to healing her inner muse. A work of art repeatedly evolving to master peace. And still, a student humbled by the teachings of every individual. The more I work on myself, the less I actually know. I’m ok with that.
Let’s be clear, long gone are the days of adoration, agreeance, and undeniable growth. There’s nothing a good dose of self-love can’t cure. We don’t glamorize toxicity, we normalize challenges and being checked #respectfully by the ones we love. Healthy, genuine connections only! What part do you play? The girls and guys who get me, have always gotten me & for that I am grateful.
To the queen who wants to do it all but feels her way through with rest! I see you, Im with you! Just remember the timeline is yours… you can not fail at being yourself. Whatever you desire stay grounded and inspired.
Catch up with ya soon.
Naadia J.
